Taylor is a key member of our asphalt/paving team who has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys hunting. Whether it’s tracking game through the wilderness or spending time in nature, there’s always something exciting about being an outdoor enthusiast. 

Steve keeps our projects running smoothly with his dependable leadership and sharp eye for detail. As our asphalt foreman, he brings both skill and humor to the job site, making hard work feel a little lighter for the whole crew. Outside of work, Steve is a dedicated family man who enjoys riding and spending time outdoors. His mix of reliability, experience, and good-natured personality makes him an essential part of our team.

Kevin is an unofficial comedian who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his friends and family. He is observant, mechanically gifted, and incredibly kind, always willing to give the shirt off his back to help others. Kevin’s ability to see the humor in everyday situations and his knack for fixing things make him a unique and valuable member of any group. Whether he’s exploring Oregon’s forest and parks or working on a project with his friends, Kevin’s leadership and mechanical skills shine through, making him someone people naturally gravitate towards.
